摘  要:清代学人张英在自己的人生实践过程中,高度关注修身养性健身,并且积累了一系列丰富的经验。主要包括安命之养、修心之养、性情之养、饮食之养、智慧之养等几个方面。在张英的养生思想中蕴含着许多科学的因素,值得我们去认真总结,并能给今人以启发。Zhangying,scholar of Qing dynasty,had paid much attention to the problem of how to maintain good health in the process of his life,and had accumulated much a wealth of experience.It contented how to care for life by following nature laws;how to cultivate oneself though meditation;how to keep in good health through cultivating disposition;how to maintain good health through food;how to preserve vital powers by wisdom,etc.There are many scientific factors in Zhangying's thought which is worthwhile for us to sum up.We hope these thoughts will give inspiration to contemporary people.
