摘 要:目的分析比较琯溪蜜柚和玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油的化学成分异同,为正确利用不同种类的柚皮提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取福建漳州平和琯溪蜜柚和浙江台州玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油的化学成分,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果从琯溪蜜柚和玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油中分别鉴定出了56和50种化合物,已鉴定挥发油成分占总挥发油含量分别为93.33%和90.91%,其中有34种是它们共同的成分,主要的共同成分有D-柠檬烯,β-月桂烯,努特卡酮,(Z,E)-金合欢醇,β-Panasinsene。结论琯溪蜜柚和玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油主要成分种类较相近,有些成分相对含量有差别。OBJECTIVE To analyse and contrast the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Peels of Guanxi honey pomelo and Yuhuan wendan pomelo,for providing the scientific basis for the use of different types of pomelo rind.METHODS The chemical composition of essential oil obtained by steam distillation were analyzed by GC-MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data.The relative content of each composition was calculated by area normalization method.RESULTS 56 and 50 kinds of essential components were from Peels of Guanxi honey pomelo and Yuhuan wendan pomelo and identified relative contents of essential oils were 93.33% and 90.91%,respectively,including 34 kinds of essential components were their common.The major common compound were D-Limonene,β-Myrcene,Nootkatone,(Z,E)-Farnesol,β-Panasinsene.CONCLUSION Their kinds of major components were similar,but relative content of some components were difference.
