摘　　要：目的观察腹膜转移性肿瘤的CT特征,提高对腹膜转移性肿瘤CT特点的认识。方法笔者对2004～2008年25例诊断为腹膜转移性肿瘤的患者术前进行CT检查,观察CT腹膜转移性肿瘤的特点。结果腹膜转移性肿瘤的CT特点为:(1)腹腔内囊性占位改变(2例);(2)肠系膜血管边缘增厚模糊(4例);(3)大网膜结节状改变(2例)、不规则性改变(6例);(4)腹水(11例)。结论 CT是一种腹膜转移性肿瘤诊断的具有较高价值的检查方法。Objective Observe the CT appearances of metastatic tumor of peritoneum, to improve the understanding of CT appearances of metastatic tumor of peritoneum. Methods 25 patients who were diagnosed to be metastatic tumor of peritoneum, and they took CT examination between 2004 and 2008. Study the appearance of metastatic tumor of peritoneum. Results CT appearances of metastatic tumor of peritoneum were ： （ 1 ） intra - abdominal cystic lesion change （2 patients ）. （ 2 ） mesenteric vascular edges thickening fuzzy （ 4 patients ）. （3） omental nodular change （2 patients ） , omental irregular change （2 patients ）. （4） ascitic fluid （ 11 patients ）. Conclusion CT is a helpful examination of metastatic tumor of peritoneum.
