当代大学毕业生的失业现状与社会影响分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和实地访谈的形式总结了当代大学毕业生失业的4种情况,指出求职性失业、频繁失业、二级劳动力市场失业是大学毕业生失业的特点,而造成大学毕业生失业的原因既有个人因素,也有社会因素,大学毕业生失业容易造成大学生失业群体与社会的隔离、心理危机的加剧,并且会在社会上兴起"读书无用论"。大学毕业生失业群体日益引起社会的关注。By the way of questionnaire and on-the-spot interview,the article has concluded with four kinds of situations of contemporary college students unemployment,and put forword that the characteristics are the looking-for job unemployment,the frequency unemployment,and the secondary labor market unemployment The causes of college students＇ unemloyment have both individual and social factors,and the college students＇ unemployment is easy to make the social exclusion of the group,the increases of psychological crisis,and the public opinions of ＇study uselessness＇.The unemployment of college students has been got more and more social attention.
