高校构建离退休学习型党支部的实践思考

摘　　要：当前,随着高校离退休党支部出现的新情况、新问题,在高校推动离退休学习型党支部建设,对于发扬党的优良传统,维护稳定大局,具有十分重要的作用。为此,在为老人本服务中落实学习型党支部建设的常态化;在真情凝聚人心中推动学习型党支部建设的目标化;在宣传典型示范中完善学习型党支部建设的制度化。With the emergence of some new problems in the Party branches of the retired,and,for the development of the CPC＇s fine tradition and the maintenance of a stable society,it is essential to promote the construction of a Study-type Party Branches of the Retired（SPBR）.Therefore,the following three aspects should be emphasized,i.e.,to normalize the establishment of the SPBR combining with the service for the retired;to promote the objectivization of the construction of the SPBR combining with real care and genuine emotion;and,to systematize the construction of the SPBR combining with the publicity of prototypical figures and branches.
