摘  要:通过分别施用不同水平的氮磷钾肥,研究其对莲藕(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)产量和品质的影响。研究结果表明,施用氮磷钾肥对莲藕的产量和品质有明显的影响,施肥的增产效应为氮肥略高于钾肥,氮肥和钾肥远高于磷肥;不同水平的氮磷钾用量中,中等施肥量的处理N450、P180和K450的莲藕产量最高;合理施用氮磷钾肥不仅能增加莲藕中蛋白质、维生素C、还原糖含量,而且还能降低莲藕中粗纤维和硝酸盐含量,从而使莲藕品质得到改善。氮肥对增加莲藕蛋白质、维生素C和还原糖含量的作用明显,钾肥对降低莲藕粗纤维和硝酸盐含量的作用明显,磷肥对莲藕品质的影响没有氮肥和钾肥显著,所以生产中应注意氮钾肥的合理施用。The effects of different levels of NPK fertilizer on yield and quality of lotus root(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) were studied.The results showed that application of NPK on yield and quality of lotus root had a significant impact,effects of nitrogen fertilization yield slightly increased potash,nitrogen and potassium much higher than the phosphate fertilizer,amount of different levels of NPK,the medium amount of fertilizer N450,P180 and K450 handle lotus yield were the highest;rational application of NPK not only increased the lotus root protein,vitamin C,reducing sugar content but also reduced the lotus root crude fiber and nitrate,improve the quality of lotus root,nitrogen for protein increased,vitamin C and sugar content reduced obviously,and potassium,lotus root nitrate content of crude fiber reduced obviously,and phosphate on the quality of lotus root had no significant difference,so the lotus root production should be noted the rational application of nitrogen fertilizer.
