摘 要:以壳聚糖为基材,通过表面化学接枝修饰的方法,将羧甲基化香菇多糖固定在壳聚糖基材的表面。通过红外光谱、水接触角测试、抗菌活性及蛋白质吸附等测试方法对修饰后的壳聚糖表面性能进行了表征和分析。测试结果表明,经过表面接枝修饰的壳聚糖基材表面的亲水性得到明显改善,表面纤维蛋白原的吸附量降低了61%,显示出明显的排斥蛋白质非特异性吸附的效果;然而,经过修饰后的壳聚糖表面对大肠杆菌的抑制率有一定程度的降低。In this work,carboxymethylated lentinan was covalently immobilized onto the surface of chitosan,in order to improve the biological performances of the chitosan substrate.The modified chitosan surface was measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and the water contact angle measurement.The fibrinogen and albumin adsorption to the surface,and in vitro antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli were evaluated.The water contact angle measurement indicates that the hydrophilicity of chitosan surface increases after modification.The protein adsorption results suggeste that the surface immobilization of carboxymethylated lentinan clearly reduces the non-specific protein adsorption,the fibrinogen adsorption of the modified surface decreases 61%.However,the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli of the modified chitosan has declined.
