摘　　要：目的探讨唇部较大粘液腺囊肿手术的技巧及注意事项。方法对55例直径在5mm以上的唇部较大粘液腺囊肿摘除手术进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后唇部的美观几乎无影响,仅4例出现了复发,复发率为7.3%。结论掌握必要的手术技巧,对唇部较大粘液腺囊肿手术摘除可取得较为满意的临床效果。Objective To study the surgical technique and cautions of the larger mucous cyst removed in lip.Methods To analyze the 55 cases of the surgery for larger mucous cyst which is more than 5mm in diameter removed in lip retrospectively.Results There was nearly no effect on the aesthetic outlook of the patient＇s lip,only 4 cases recurred and the reoccurrence rate only 7.3%.Conclusion To master the necessary surgical technique will contribute to satisfactory clinical results on the larger mucous cyst removed in lip.
