摘　　要：在简要分析天津滨海新区的发展定位和发展进程以及抵御海洋灾害对林业生态建设客观要求的基础上,介绍了天津市沿海防护林建设基本现状、基本经验和存在的问题,着重阐述了构筑津沽沿海生态屏障,推进滨海新区生态建设的思路、对策和措施。Based on the analysis of Tianjin Binhai new area developing orientation,development process and the objective requirements of resisting marine disasters and forestry ecological construction,the basic present situation,basic experience and existed problems in the construction of Tianjin coastal protection forest were introduced,and the thoughts,countermeasures and measures in building Jingu coastal ecological barrier and promoting Binhai new area ecological construction were exphatically expounded.
