摘  要:为了验证超甜玉米在辽北地区能否种植成功,其果穗的甜度、口感、营养品质是否下降,选择6个超甜玉米品种(库普拉2号、京科甜183、麦哥娜姆、吉甜710、美国甜玉米79-1、美国甜玉米1441)在辽北地区试种,从可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量、粗脂肪含量、水分含量及种皮厚度、口感几个方面进行研究,筛选出适合当地种植的品种。试验结果表明:成熟早、营养品质较好、种皮薄、口感好、适合辽北地区春播的超甜玉米品种是京科甜183、麦哥娜姆、吉甜710。To get the result that whether it was possible to plant super sweet corn in North Liaoning,and whether the ear sugariness,taste,nutritious quality will drop,in this experiment,6 cultivars of super sweet corn(Kupla II,Jingketian183,Magnum,Jitian710,American sweet corn 79-1 and American sweet corn 1441) were trially planted in North Liaoning.The research was focus on soluble sugar content,crude fat content,moisture content,seed coat thickness and taste.The most suitable cultivars were selected from this experiment.The results showed that the cultivars were better in nutrient quality characters and suitable for spring sowing were Jitian 710,Jingketian 183 and Magnum.They had the quality of early maturation,thin seed coat and good taste.
