创新型企业的创业精神——以招商银行为例

摘　　要：通过对创新型企业、创业精神概念的讨论,指出创新型企业区别于非创新型企业之处在于是否拥有创业精神。创新型企业的企业精神中最重要特征是创业精神,其持续不断的创新活动是在创业精神驱动下的外在表现。最后,以招商银行为例对创新型企业的创业精神进行了系统分析。By discussing the concepts of innovation-oriented businesses and enterprising spirit, this paper concludes that the difference between the innovation-oriented and the non-innovative enterprises is its pioneering spirit. The entrepreneurship is an important feature of enterprising spirit on innovation-oriented enterprise, and its continuous innovational activity is driven by entrepreneurship. Finally, a case from China Merchants Bank is analyzed.
