摘 要:随着NH3/CO2复叠式制冷系统的推广应用,开发高效复叠换热器对于提高整个系统的性能至关重要。通过对一台NH3/CO2复叠式制冷系统进行实验研究,分析运行工况和传热管数量对复叠换热器的传热温差、热流密度和换热系数等性能参数的影响规律;获得了NH3/CO2复叠换热器在工程设计中的换热系数取值范围为1987~2378 W/(m2.K);通过实验得到了复叠换热器的改进方案,使其传热面积减少了60%,有效地降低了复叠换热器的制造成本。As the promotion and the application of NH3/CO2 cascade refrigeration system,the development of efficient cascade heat exchanger becomes more and more important to improve the performance of the system.Based on the experimental study of a NH3/ CO2 cascade refrigeration system,and the analysis of the effect caused by operating condition and the number of heat exchanger tubes on the temperature difference of heat transfer,heat flux and coefficient of heat transfer,we conclude that the heat transfer coefficient of NH3/CO2 cascade heat exchanger is within 1987~2378 W/(m2.K) in engineering design.The experiment of the cascade heat exchanger is used to optimize the design of heat exchanger,which result in the decrease of heat transfer area by 60% and great reduction of manufacturing cost of cascade heat exchanger.
