“城市圈”维度下的生态补偿标准探析

摘　　要：当前我国生态补偿制度的建立可谓迫在眉睫,而生态补偿标准的制定对于生态补偿制度付诸实践来说可谓至关重要。然而,在国家层面上制订统一的生态补偿标准可谓困难重重。本文在我国当前"城市圈"的维度下,针对开发利用过程中生态补偿标准制定所面临的困境,分析"城市圈"维度下生态标准制定的必要性和可行性,进而为标准的制定提供参考意见。The current establishment of ecological compensation system can be described as imminent, whileas, for ecological compensation system, taking the standard of ecological compensation into practice is described as critical. However, at the national level in order to develop uniform standards for ecological compensation, it can be described as difficult. But, currently, from our country＇s ＂City Circle＂ dimension, it seems that you can find a solution within its means. In this paper, we start from the difficulties of the standard of ecological compensation faced, and analyze the necessity and feasibility of the standard of ecological dimension of the ＂City Circle＂ dimension, and thus provide a reference for it.
