摘  要:对普通高校女生在瑜伽训练前后的生理指标和心理状态情况进行对比分析,结果显示:大部分女生表现出对瑜伽的喜爱;瑜伽训练能明显改善大学女生身体形态,提高大学女生的心肺功能、身体柔韧性和控制能力,对其心理状态的影响有积极的促进作用。实验证明在高校公共体育开设女生瑜伽课程具有可行性和实效性。This paper,through literature,expert interviews and questionnaire methods,studies the undergraduate students who take yoga course in Nantong University by means of literature review,compared and analyzed the students' physiological and psychological changes between before and after taking the course.It shows that a large part of students like yoga and yoga exercise can remarkably improve students' body figure,raise heart and lungs' funcion,and body flexibility;it may also promote and regulate their mental health.The experiment of yoga course proves that it is feasible and practical to open yoga course at university public sports course.
