摘　　要：自20世纪80年代以来,产业技术联盟已成为世界各国优化科技资源配置,促进科技成果转化的重要途径。但在产业技术联盟实际的运行过程中,由于缺乏合理、高效和健全的运行机制为支撑,普遍存在着利益、信任、管理等方面的冲突,这些因素造成了联盟运行效率的低下,阻碍了其功能的充分发挥。基于此,本文从运行机制的含义出发,来分析和界定产业技术联盟运行机制的内涵,在此基础上,以产业技术联盟的发展阶段为基础提出了产业技术联盟运行机制的构建思路,并详细阐述了其内容,以求为产业技术联盟运行机制的科学构建提供借鉴。Since 1980s,the industrial technology alliance has become an effective way of all countries to optimize technology resources and to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.But in the actual operation process of industrial technology alliance,because of the lack of reasonable and efficient and sound operation mechanism of support,there is a widespread conflict in the industrial technology alliance about interest,trust and management etc,these factors caused the low inefficient operation of alliance and hindered the functions.Based on this,the article from the meaning of operating mechanism to analysis and definition the connotation of the industrial technology alliance operational mechanism,on this basis,in order to provide reference for the constructing of the industrial technology alliance operation mechanism,this article proposed constructing thought of the industrial technology alliance operation mechanism based on stage of development of the industrial technology alliance and elaborated its content.
