急性白血病患者血清bFGF、IL-1β和TSGF检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)在急性白血病患者病情进展、疗效观察及预后判断中的意义。方法 85例急性白血病患者,其中急性髓系白血病48例,急性淋巴细胞白血病37例,按治疗情况分为初发未治组36例,完全缓解组29例,未缓解组12例,复发组8例。另外入选28例健康体检者为健康对照组,检测血清bGFG,IL-1β和TSGF含量,并进行相关性分析。结果与健康对照组比较,初发未治组患者bGFG、IL-1β和TSGF含量升高(P<0.05);与初发未治组比较,完全缓解组降低(P<0.05),未缓解组、复发组患者升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与完全缓解组比较,未缓解组和复发组升高(P<0.05)。急性髓系白血病组和急性淋巴细胞白血病组上述指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析表明,初发未治组bGFG和TSGF呈正相关(r=0.647,P<0.05)。结论 bFGF、IL-1β和TSGF是判断急性白血病患者病情进展、疗效观察及预后的重要指标。Objective To explore the significance of basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF）,interleukin-1β（IL-1β） and tumor supplied group of factors（TSGF） in the evaluation of development,therapeutic effect and prognosis of acute leukemia （AL） patients.Methods 85 AL patients include 48 cases of acute myeloid leukemia and 37 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.These cases were allocated into newly diagnoses group（n =36）,complete remission group（n =29）,non remission group（n=12） and recurring group（n =8）.Another 28 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group.To detect the serum levels of bFGF,IL-1βand TSGF of 85 AL patients and 28 healthy individuals.Results The serum levels of bFGF,IL- 1βand TSGF of newly diagnoses group were significantly higher than those of complete remission group and control group （P0.05）.The serum levels of bFGF,IL-1βand TSGF of complete remission group were significantly lower than those of non remission group and recurring group（P0.05）.The serum levels of bFGF,IL-1βand TSGF of non remission group, recurring group were higher than those of newly diagnoses group,but there were no significantly different between them（P0.05）.Conclusion It is concluded that the serum levels of bFGF,IL-1βand TSGF can be used as the indicators for under-standing clinical features,evaluating disease status and predicting prognosis in AL patients.
