提高校内教育实习质量的策略

摘　　要：从如何提高校内实习准备工作质量的角度出发,结合物电院目前校内实习的情况,全面论述了作为一名高等师范院校的实习生应如何在校内实习中做好实习前的准备工作。前期的准备工作有:思想上的准备;教学基本功训练上的准备;班主任工作上的准备;社交能力上的准备;身体及物质上的准备。Considering the way to improve the quality of the preparations for the campus practice,combined the current situation of Institute of Physics and Electronic,this paper discussed as a higher normal colleges should be in the school the intern how well before the practice of teaching practice in the preparation work.The preparation work included,ideological preparation,teaching basic training,teacher in charge work of preparation,social capacity,body and material preparation.
