摘  要:非圆齿轮因其节曲线为非圆形,设计计算复杂,加工仿真困难.根据非圆齿轮的设计和线切割理论,主要介绍运用Pro/E中的绘图模块创建非圆齿轮实体参数模型的方法,根据制造模块对非圆齿轮进行线切割加工.创建非圆齿轮加工刀具路径,进行刀具及工艺参数设置,模拟刀具加工过程,后置处理过程分析,生成数控加工程序.对加工进行仿真分析验证,表明非圆齿轮的实体建模方法与线切割加工仿真正确且精度高,解决了非圆齿轮实体建模和加工仿真难的问题.Because pitch curves of non-circular gear is not a circle,its design computation is complex and simulation is difficulty.Based on the design theory and wire cutting theory of non-circular gears,the creation method of solid parameter model of non-circular gear was emphatically introduced based on Pro/E drawing module.Using its manufacturing module,the wire-cutting of non-circular gear was performed,including creation of gear machining tool path,set-up of tools and process parameters,simulation of machining process with these tools,analysis of post-processing process,and generation of digital processing procedures.It was shown by analysis and verification of simulation of machining process that the solid modeling methods and wire-cutting process simulation were correct with high precision,so that the difficult problem of non-circular gear solid modeling and machining simulation was solved.
