摘 要:目的探讨社区慢性精神分裂症应用康复技能训练的远期疗效。方法将100例稳定期精神分裂症患者随机分成技能训练组和对照组各50例。对技能训练组进行共4周的模式化训练,然后随访4周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANsS)和白知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)对患者进行评估。结果训练组患者的PAN—SS总分及其阴性量表分和一般精神病理量表分从训练第4周末分别为(54.86±2.94)分,(14.44±l_67)分,(27.98±1.97)分,明显优于对照组(60.22±2.83)分,(18.28±1.63)分,(29.70±2.131)分,差异具有显著性(P〈O.01);训练组患者对疾病的自知力在训练第4周末为(10.68±1.95)分,明显强于对照组(8.64±2.19)分,差异具有显著性(P〈0.01);随访4周两组均无复发。结论技能训练提高了药物治疗的疗效,弥补药物的不足,提高患者对疾病的认识,从而促进患者更好的康复。Objective To explore the long term effect of the rehabilitation technical training for the schizo- pheniac in the community. Method 100 stationary phase schizopherniac were classified into the technical training group and control group of 50 at the random sample. The treatment group trained for four weeks and than they were followed up for four weeks. The patients were evaluated with the PANSS and ITAQ. Results The quanti- tative tables of the total PANSS, its negative PANSS and the general mental disease pathology from the forth weeks were (54.86±2.94), (14.44± 1.67) and (27.98±1.97) respectively, which were more superior than those of the control group (60. 22土2.83),(18.28±1.63) and (29.70±2. 131). The difference was obvious (P〈0.01). ITAQ of the training group patients was (10.68±1.95) in the forth week,which was more obvious than that of the control group (8.64±2.19). The difference was obvious (P〈0.01). There were not re-occur- rence in the following up 4 weeks. Conclusion The technical training raises the medicine treatment effect and remedies the medicine treatment insufficience. It also enhances the patients' realization and promotes their rehabili- tation well.
