摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊实习护士临床带教中可能存在的问题,以及相应的改进方法。方法:通过发放调查问卷,总结和分析急诊实习护士在临床带教中存在的问题,并进行带教方法的改进,将前后的结果进行对比。结果:实习护士在临床带教中存在的问题包括带教模式、带教方法、带教老师的水平等,进行带教方法改进后,效果显著。结论:传统护理教学模式在急诊科带教中存在一定的不适宜性,改革教学方法、提高护理教学质量,对培养实用型护理人才具有重要意义。Objective ： To discuss the possible clinical problems and the corresponding enhancement. Methods ： Summarized and analyzed the emergency nurses in the clinical teaching practice problems through the issuance of questionnaires, and maked improvements for teaching methods, compared the results before and after. Results： The existing problems of student nurses in clinical teaching are teaching pattern, teaching methods, the level of teacher education and so on, the effect of improvement teaching methods is remarkable. Conclusions： There is a certain degree of unsuitability in teaching traditional nursing educa tion in the emergency department, reforming teaching methods, improving the quality of nursing education are important for training practical nursing talent.
