摘  要:学风建设是高等学校不变的主题,抓学风要从抓教风做起,以教风促学风,注重创新人才培养的各个环节。文章从教育理念、管理理念创新的角度出发,提出要加强管理机制建设,突出教师业务素质的培养,建立有效的教学激励机制,提倡实行全程式多样化的考核制度等教学过程管理来加强教风建设。强调学风建设需要动员组织全校教师,实行全员育人、全过程育人,群策群力,在全校范围内营造良好的教风、学风,以教风带动学风,促进高校创新人才的培养。The construction of learning atmosphere is a never-changing subject of colleges,grasping learning atmosphere should begin with grasping teaching atmosphere,promote learning atmosphere with teaching atmosphere and pay attention to every link of cultivating innovative talents.Beginning with education conception and the innovation of management conception,this article stresses the construction of management mechanism,strengthens the cultivation of teachers' professional quality,constructs the effective teaching inspiring mechanism,advocates carrying out entire formula diversified assessment system,and so on.All of these can improve the construction of teaching atmosphere during the management of teaching procedure.It also stresses that the construction of study atmosphere needs to mobilize all teachers in the college,carry out the policy of every teacher educating students,educating students during the entire procedure,and pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone to create better teaching atmosphere in the range of the whole college,drive study atmosphere with teaching atmosphere and improve the cultivation of innovative talents of colleges.
