摘　　要：高校廉洁文化建设是高校校园文化建设的重要组成部分。高校廉洁文化建设是有效预防和抵制高校领导层和管理层腐败现象的需要;是构建和谐校园的需要;是全体师生员工形成廉洁生活方式和行为方式的需要。高校廉洁文化建设总体形势良好,但也面临严峻挑战。发扬民主、权力监督,进而提高高校廉洁文化建设的整体效能,达到团结稳定的和谐校园是高校廉政文化建设的有效途径。The incorrupt cultural reconstruction is an important component of cultural reconstruction on the university campus.The effective prevention and boycott of the corruption of leadership and management,is of necessity to the harmonious campus construction,staff and students forms an incorrupt lifestyle and behavior way.The incorrupt cultural reconstruction in the university runs well,but it is faced with serious challenge.Democracy,the authority surveillance and the unity stable harmonious campus is an effective way to the overall potency of the university incorrupt cultural reconstruction.
