农村地区成人继续教育策略探析——基于分层教育思想视角

摘　　要：针对农村地区成人继续教育存在的问题，转变教育观念与教学策略，对农村地区成人继续教育质量的提高乃至对其可持续发展都是有必要的。在农村成人继续教育中实施分层教育理念，不仅是农村成人教育教学改革发展的必然趋势，更是成人继续教育科学化、合理化的内在需求。The topic of layered education is both antiquated and brand-new, it is available for us to grasp its connotation and to define the conception of layered education of the adult continuing education in rural area from exploring its origin. Fulfilling the ideas about layered education in the rural areas, not only because it＇s the tendency of teaching reform in rural areas adult education, but also it＇s the requirement of adult continuing education especially in the course of its scientization and rationalization.
