摘  要:“TT教学法”是源于日本有效的中学英语教学法。该方法可解决我国中学英语教学中学生交际技能薄弱这一问题。要成功实施这种方法,要更新教师观念;改革英语考试政策;完善外籍教师准入制度;构建ALT聘请渠道的多元化:统筹考虑ALT的安置。"Team Teaching Method" is an English teaching method which is derived from Japan. The method can solve the problem that middle school students' teaching communication skills is weak in our country's middle school English teaching. In order to implement this method successfully, the teachers' viewpoints should be renewed; English examination policy should be reformed; the foreign teachers' access system should be improved; the channels of the employment of ALT should be built; and the arrangement of ALT should be considered as a whole
