摘　　要：介绍了近几年常熟理工学院在基础化学实验教学改革中的措施,包括建设高水平教学团队,优化基础化学实验课程体系,构建多元化开放实验模式,改革教学方法与手段,以教学研究与科学研究促进人才培养等,在应用型人才培养中取得了良好的教学效果。The teaching reform of fundamental chemical experiment has been practiced and explored.The practice includes establishment of high level teaching team,optimization of experimental course system,construction of diversifying and open experiment models,reformation of experimental teaching methods,improvement of talents training with teaching investigation and scientific research.Good teaching results were achieved in training applied talents.
