摘　　要：为建设一支符合实验技术队伍自身发展规律和学校发展需要的结构合理、业务精湛的专业技术队伍,突破我国高校实验队伍建设工作的瓶颈,我校在多年实验技术队伍建设改革的基础上,推行了实验室关键技术岗位聘任的探索性举措,为建设一支符合学校战略发展需要的实验技术队伍开辟了新的路径。本文介绍了我校实验技术队伍建设关键技术岗位聘任改革的必要性、改革的背景和基础、改革的创新点和改革的成效以及存在的问题,为高校实验技术队伍建设提供参考。In order to construct a professional technical team which accords with the general law of development of universities and technical teams,and break through the limitation of professional technical team construction in universities,key technician post appointment was implemented,as an exploring measure,opening up a new way for technical team construction,which conforms to the strategic development of Sun Yat-Sen University.This paper introduced the practice of laboratory technicial team construction in Sun Yat-Sen University,providing reference for other universities.
