摘 要:[目的]评价北京野鸭湖湿地土壤磷的生物可利用性。[方法]利用柱状采样器分层采集北京野鸭湖湿地土壤样品,测定生物可利用磷和总磷含量,并讨论各形态BAP间及其与TP的相关关系。[结果]湿地土壤中的生物可利用磷含量较低,仅占总磷的0.10%~8.66%。各种生物有效磷的含量次序为:AAP>Olsen-P>WSP>RDP。垂直方向上,AAP、Olsen-P含量随土壤深度增加呈指数下降趋势。[结论]AAP、Olsen-P与总磷的相关性较好,可用于评价该湿地土壤的潜在释磷能力。[Objective]The research aimed to evaluate phosphorus bioavailability of soils in Beijing Yeyahu Wetland.[Method]Layer soil samples were collected by columnar sampler.The contents of bioavailable phosphorus and total phosphorus in soils were measured,and the correlations between them were sutdied separately.[Result]The contents of BAP were in a low level which accounted 0.10%-8.66% of TP in soils.The sequence of the contents of the four kinds of BAP was as follows:AAP Olsen-P WSP RDP.The contents of AAP and OlsenP in the soils decreased exponentially with the increase of the soil depth increased.[Conclusion]AAP and Olsen-P could be used to evaluate the ability of soil phosphorus release potential for that the contents of them and the content of TP showed significant correlation.
