摘　　要：近几年以来,随着我国加大发展新型工业的举措,制造技术日新月异,数控设备也得到了广泛的推广及应用,各大制造企业急需大量的数控操作技术人员,而在我国,大多数技术学校对技能型人才的培养模式相对比较落后,那么,如何在教学过程中培养学生学习的兴趣,塑造机电符合型人才成为目前的迫切需要。Since in recent years,With the increasing development of new industrial initiatives,Rapid manufacturing,CNC equipment has also been widely promoted and applied, Major manufacturing companies need a lot of CNC operations and technical personne,In China,Most of the skilled technical school training mode is relatively backward,So,How the process of teaching students interest in learning,Electrical and compound talents shaping the urgent need to become.
