实验教学研究与改革立项的管理实践

摘　　要：介绍哈尔滨工程大学近几年来开展实验教学研究与改革立项工作的基本情况、实施程序、管理办法及取得的显著成果。针对此项工作的特点和现存的问题,搭建了实验教学改革资源共享平台并研究开发了项目管理软件。不仅使实验教学改革立项工作在流程上更加规范,而且使其在实验教学中能够发挥出最大的功效,以推动学校创新性实验教学体系的搭建和实验教学改革工作的良性发展。This paper introduces the basic situation and presents the procedure and regulation as well as remarkable achievements of project initialization management working in research and reform on experimental teaching of Harbin Engineering University.Being directed against the character and problem of project management,resource share platform of experimental teaching reform will be constructed.Moreover,project initialization management software has also being developed,which does not only standardize the procedure but also exercise the best benefit in the experimental teaching.By means of the above mentioned measures,university will be able to promote the construction of creating experimental teaching system and propel healthy development of research and reform on experimental teaching.
