摘　　要：我国钢铁企业发展在取得重大突破的同时，在企业管理过程中也越来越多地暴露出各种制约钢铁企业进一步持续健康发展的瓶颈因素。因此，在我国钢铁行业面临产业调整与振兴的发展关键时期，要加大钢铁企业管理改进力度，切实改善和提高企业管理水平，包括：重视企业战略管理、重视企业风险管理、改善企业人力资源管理、重视企业文化管理、加强对于企业技术创新的管理等。Development of Chinese iron and steel enterprises in the same time a major breakthrough in the enterprise management process more and more exposed to various constraints of steel enterprises to further sustainable and healthy development of the bottlenecks. Therefore, in China＇s steel industry is facing industrial restructuring and revitalization of the critical period of development, to increase the iron and steel enterprise management improvement efforts, and effectively improve and enhance the management level, specifically including the emphasis on strategic management, emphasis on enterprise risk management, improving corporate human Resource management, attention to corporate culture, management, and strengthening for the management of technological innovation.
