摘　　要：文章阐述了以就业为导向,以"工学结合"为切入点的计算机网络技术专业人才培养模式的改革措施,提出了通过分析计算机网络技术专业的职业工作过程和典型工作任务,引入企业真实项目,校企联动共同构建"项目导向、任务驱动"的工学结合人才培养模式,对地方性高职院校人才培养模式的改革具有重要的借鉴作用。The paper expounded the reform measures of computer network technology specialty which makes the employment as the guidance and work-integrated learning as the breakthrough point.Through analyzing the professional working process and typical working tasks of computer network technology specialty,it proposed the training pattern of work-integrated learning which introduced enterprise real project and made the university-enterprise linkage.It made an important reference for the training pattern reform of local vocational college.
