摘 要:目的探讨鼻咽癌患者放射治疗中应用面罩固定技术制作二维适形挡块治疗方法的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取300例接受放射治疗同时需要制作二维适形挡块进行保护正常组织的鼻咽癌患者,其中实验组使用面罩固定体位技术的158例,对照组使用非面罩固定体位技术的142例,在放射治疗摆位照射前、后用游标卡尺测量照射野中心的移动情况进行比较。结果使用面罩固定体位技术制作二维适形挡块组的患者照射野中心偏移范围为(1.07±0.41)mm,非面罩固定技术制作二维适形挡块组的患者偏移范围为(2.98±0.57)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用面罩固定体位技术制作二维适形挡块偏移范围明显小于非面罩固定组。Objective To investigate the clinical value of therapeutic method of applying mask fixation to make two-dimensional conformal block during radiation therapy for patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods Randomly select 300 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who accepted radiation therapy and needed make two-dimensional conformal block to protect normal tissues at the same time.Among the patients,there were 158 patients accepted technology of fixing posture with masks in the experiment group,and there were 142 patients accepted non-mask fixing body position in the control group.Measure the drift condition of radiation field center with vernier caliper before and after posture radiating in radiation therapy.Results The drift scope of radiation field center of the patients in the group that accepted the technology of fixing posture with masks to make two-dimensional conformal block was(1.07±0.41)mm,while the drift scope of radiation field center of the patients in the group that accepted the technology of fixing posture without masks to make two-dimensional conformal block was(2.98±0.57)mm,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion The drift scope of applying the technology of fixing posture with masks to make two-dimensional conformal block is obviously less than that of the group that fixes posture without masks.
