新生儿泪囊炎的综合治疗时机

摘　　要：目的分析探讨综合治疗方法对新生儿泪囊炎不同年龄组患儿的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析100例(123眼)新生儿泪囊炎患儿的临床资料,采用泪囊区挤压按摩、泪道加压冲洗、鼻泪管探通等方法综合治疗。结果循序采用泪囊区挤压按摩、泪道加压冲洗及鼻泪管探通术能较好的治疗新生儿泪囊炎,总有效率为95.9%。其中,年龄在3个月以内的患儿泪囊区挤压按摩治愈率显著高于3个月以上的患儿(χ2=10.566,P=0.001);年龄在6个月以内的患儿泪道加压冲洗或鼻泪管探通成功率亦显著高于6个月以上患儿(χ2=6.457,P=0.011)。结论新生儿泪囊炎循序采用泪囊区挤压按摩,泪道加压冲洗,鼻泪管探通的综合治疗,并且根据不同的年龄阶段采用不同的方法,在最佳治疗时机取得了良好的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of combined therapy on neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods The clinical datas of 123 eyes of 100 cases with neonatal dacryocystitis underwent combined therapy with massotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Massotherapy,pressure irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage achieved successful results in 119 eyes,the total effective rate being 96.7%.The cure rate of massotherapy for patients with age under 3 months was significantly higher than that for patients with age over 3 months（χ2=10.566,P=0.001）;pressure irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage for patients with age under 6 months was more effective than that for patients with age over 6 months（χ2=6.457,P=0.011）. Conclusion Neonatal dacryocystitis underwent combined therapy with massotherapy got a well clinical effect at the best treatment opportunity.
