脑卒中发病的危险因素分析及干预措施研究

摘　　要：[目的]摸清脑卒中发病的相关危险因素,探讨有效的干预措施。[方法]回顾性分析205例病例资料,采用Logistic回归分析的方法研究影响脑卒中发病的危险因素。[结果]影响脑卒中发病的危险因素包括年龄、饮酒、高血压、糖尿病、HDL、LDL等因素。[结论]针对脑卒中发病的危险因素,提出了早期社区预防、宣传教育、心理辅导、早期的康复护理干预等措施,为降低脑卒中发病率、治疗及康复提供依据。[Objective]To learn the risk factors of stroke patients,then explore effective intervention measures for stroke patients.[Methods]Retrospectively analyzed data of 205 stroke cases,and used Logistic Regression method to study the risk factors of stroke.[Results]The main risk factors of stroke patients included age,drinking,hypertensions,diabetes mellitus,HDL and LDL.[Conclusion]To aim directly at these risk factors of stroke,we have raised homologous intervention measures such as early stage community prevention,propaganda education,psychological guidance and pristine rehabilitation nursing intervention,to provide scientific basis for cutting down the incidence rate,treatment and rehabilitation of stroke.
