摘　　要：[目的]探讨大剂量氯丙嗪治疗癫痫持续状态的疗效。[方法]予氯丙嗪25～50mg加入生理盐水100ml中静滴,0.83mg/min。[结果]经大剂量氯丙嗪治疗后,患者于30～60min内癫痫持续状态控制。[结论]大剂量氯丙嗪可治疗癫痫持续状态。[Objective] To explore the effectiveness of high-dose chlorpromazine in the treatment of status epilepticus.[Methods] Mixed 25-50mg chlorpromazine with 100 ml normal saline solution and injected intravenously,0.83mg per minute.[Results] With large doses of chlorpromazine treatment,status epilepticus would be under control within the 30-60 minutes.[Conclusion] Large dose of chlorpromazine can be used to treat status epilepticus.
