精神分裂症患者临床痊愈后生命质量与利培垌药物副反应的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨精神分裂症患者经服用利培垌治疗达临床治愈后的生命质量水平与药物副反应间的相关性。[方法]筛选150例精神分裂症患者,给予利培垌6～12mg治疗。分别在治疗前和1、2、4、6、8周,第3个月末采用PANSS和药物副反应量表TESS评定,连续两次评定HAMA和HAMD总分均小于7分达临床治愈者再行简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评定。[结果]出现药物副反应患者的生命质量8个维度低于未出现的患者,其中生理职能(RP)、情感职能(RE)以及精神健康(MH)3个领域差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);行为毒性、植物神经功能、心血管以及其他项副反应分别与生命质量8个维度有着相关性(P﹤0.05)。[结论]利培垌副反应会影响临床治愈后抑郁症患者的生命质量。[Objective]To probe the association between depression patients＇ quality of life after the treatment of taking risperidone and the adverse drug reaction of risperidone,and analyze the factors of side effects that influence the quality of life.[Methods]Screened 150 patients with depression,given the dosage regimen of 20mg-60mg risperidone.All patients were followed up to evaluate their HAMA,HAMD and TESS score at the 1,2,4,6 and 8 weekend.HAMA and HAMD scores less than seven twice was up to the standard of clinical cure conditions,the ones were asked to evaluate SF-36 and TESS scores again.[Results]Comparing the quality of life between the two groups,there were statistically significant differences between them in three fields of role physical（RP）and role emotional（RE）and mental health（MH）（P﹤0.05）.There was a interrelation between the eight dimensions of SF-36 and the four fields of TESS in behavior toxicity,autonomic function,cardiovascular symptoms and other items（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]The drug adverse reactions of risperidone affect the quality of life of patients with depression after clinical cure.
