摘　　要：目的:建立一种快速、敏感的副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)检测方法。方法:采用摇床培养法快速增菌后,提取Vp基因组DNA,用特异性引物进行聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测。结果:Vp含量为2.5×10-1～2.5×102 cfu/ml的海产品样本经摇床振荡培养3 h后,PCR检测阳性。结论:摇床培养结合PCR反应可在8 h内获得阳性结果。Objective：To establish a rapid and sensitive method for detection of V.parahaemolyticus（VP） in aquatic products.Methods：After V.parahaemolyticus were cultivated by shaking table for 3 h,genome DNA was extracted and detected by PCR amplification.Results：The sample of aquatic products,the initial concentration of 2.5×10-1～2.5×102 cfu/ml,cultivated by shaking 3h were positive by PCR.Conclusion：Positive results can be obtained in 8 hours through VP cultivated by shaking table combined with PCR.
