阿尔兹海默病患者血清C反应蛋白、载脂蛋白E和同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿尔兹海默病(AD)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的临床意义。方法:对260例阿尔兹海默病患者和70例健康人血清CRP、ApoE和HCY水平进行测定。结果:轻、中、重度AD病人血清CRP水平分别为5.12±0.89 mg/L、9.68±1.31 mg/L和13.89±2.63 mg/L,ApoE水平分别为30.96±10.85 mg/L、29.52±10.63 mg/L和28.25±9.82 mg/L,HCY水平分别为16.7±4.6μmol/L、20.3±5.9μmol/L和26.7±6.3μmol/L。健康对照人群血清CRP、ApoE和HCY水平分别为1.25±0.43 mg/L、38.68±10.36 mg/L和8.6±2.8μmol/L。AD病人血清ApoE水平显著低于、CRP和HCY水平显著高于健康人群(P<0.05);治疗有效的AD病人,血清CRP和HCY水平治疗后较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:血清ApoE水平测定有助于AD的辅助诊断。血清CRP和HCY水平测定有助于AD的病情和疗效判断。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of the levels of C reaction protein（CRP）,apolipoprotein E（ApoE） and homocysteine（HCY） in serum from patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.Methods：The levels of CRP,ApoE and HCY in serum of 260 patients with AD and 70 healthy people were detected.Results：In mild,moderate and severe AD,the levels of CRP in serum were 5.12±0.89 mg/L,9.68±1.31 mg/L and 13.89±2.63 mg/L,the levels of ApoE were 30.96±10.85 mg/L,29.52±10.63 mg/L and 28.25±9.82 mg/L,and the levels of HCY were 316.7±4.6 μmol/L,20.3±5.9 μmol/L and 26.7±6.3 μmol/L respectively.The levels of CRP,ApoE and HCY in serum from healthy control subjects were 1.25±0.43 mg/L,38.68±10.36 mg/L and 8.6±2.8 μmol/L respectively.In AD groups,the ApoE levels were remarkably lower and the CRP and HCY levels were remarkably higher than those in the health control group（P0.05）.The CRP and HCY levels were remarkably lower after effective treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：ApoE levels in serum were helpful in AD diagnosis,and CRP and HCY levels in serum were helpful for finding out the state of an illness and curative effect of AD.
