亳州丹皮水提物对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及抗氧化能力的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究亳州产丹皮水提物对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脂肪酸(NEFA)的影响。方法:通过喂养高脂饲料1个月建立雄性小鼠高脂血症模型,再腹腔注射链脲佐菌素复制小鼠2型糖尿病模型,糖尿病模型小鼠随机分配到模型组、阳性组和丹皮组,并设立正常对照组。以丹皮水提物连续灌胃25d后,测定小鼠血清中各项生化指标。结果:丹皮水提物能显著地降低2型糖尿病小鼠体内的血糖(P<0.01),TC(P<0.01),MDA(P<0.05),并显著升高2型糖尿病小鼠体内的SOD(P<0.01)。结论:丹皮水提物能显著降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖值,并有一定的调节血脂代谢和抗氧化能力的作用。Objective：To study the effects of water extracts from cortex moutan on the levels of GLU,TC,TG,SOD,MDA and NE-FA in type 2 diabetic mice.Method：Hyperlipidemia animal model was made by high fat diet for 1 month.The type 2 diabetic animal model was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ.Type 2 diabetic mice were randomly assigned to the model group,the group treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the group treated with water extracts of cortex moutan.The levels of fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and other blood biochemical indices were determined after 25 days of the treatment.Result：The water extracts from cortex moutan could significantly reduce blood glucose（P〈0.01）,TC（P〈0.01）and MDA（P〈0.05）,and significantly increase SOD （P〈0.01）in type 2 diabetic mice.Conclusion：The water extracts of cortex moutan can significantly reduce blood glucose,improve lipid metabolism and increase antioxidant capacity.
