摘 要:探讨临床医师工作量指标的标准化方法。利用本科室同职称人员工作量,对参评对象的工作量进行标化,使不同专业医师的工作量具有可比性。再结合专业的风险系数,进一步体现专业特色。通过对内、外科部分科室主任的工作量进行标化处理,结果可见,外科主任参与临床一线工作较多,有些主任的工作量为科内同职称人员的最高值,得分较高;内科由于管理模式不同,不直接带主诊组,其临床工作量偏低。临床医师的工作量标化,既改善了不同专业医师工作量比较的同质性,又体现了专业间差异。此外,临床工作模式多样,许多问题仍需细化,增强可操作性。The standardization method of clinician' s workload is discussed. Utilizing the workload of clinicians of the same department and the same title, the workload of the clinicians under evaluation is standardized, which makes the workload of different clinicians comparable. Further combined with risk coefficient of specialty, the professional features are displayed. The workloads of the directors of a part of medicine and surgical departments are standardized by such method. According to the result, the directors of surgical department take more part in clinical work, several of which are the highest among staffs of the same title within the same department, and consequently obtain higher score. Due to different management mode of medicine department, the clinical workload is relatively low. Standardization of workload of clinicians not only improves the comparability of workloads of clinicians of diverse departments, hut reflects the difference between specialties. In addition, since there existence various modes of clinical work, many problems should be considered in more detail, and the feasibility also needs to be strengthened.
