摘  要:目的:探讨颅内实质性血管母细胞瘤的CT、MRI特征,提高对颅内实质性血管母细胞瘤的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析11例经手术和病理证实的颅内实质性血管母细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现及相关临床资料,全部病例均行CT、MRI平扫及增强。结果:11例患者肿瘤大小不等,呈实质性圆形或类圆形肿块。肿瘤位于大脑半球者5例(额叶3例,顶叶1例,颞叶1例),位于后颅窝者6例(小脑半球3例,小脑蚓部1例,延髓背侧1例,桥小脑角区1例)。CT平扫肿瘤呈稍低或等密度;MRI T1WI呈稍低或等信号,T2WI呈高或稍高信号,9例瘤内或瘤周可见多发血管流空信号影;增强扫描肿瘤呈均匀明显强化,增强扫描有助于病灶检出和定性诊断。结论:颅内实质性血管母细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现具有特征性,CT、MRI检查对颅内血管母细胞瘤的诊断具有重要价值。Objective: To study CT and MRI features of intracranial solid hemangioblastoma and to improve the diagnosis ability for this disease. Methods: The imaging data of CT and MRI and clinical information of 11 cases with intracranial solid hemangioblastoma which were proved operatively and pathologically were analysized respectiuely. All of cases were examined by pre and post-contrast both CT and MRI scanning. Results:The tumors had different size and shape but all tumors were mainly round or oval in shape. The tumors were located in cevebral hemisphere in 5 cases( 3 cases in frontal lobe, 1 cases in pariental lobe, 1 cases in temporal lobe). The tumors were located in the posterior cranial fossa in 6 cases (3 cases in cerebellum hemisphere, 1 case in the vermis of cerebellum, 1 case in dorsi-medulla and 1 case in the area of left cerebellum pontine area). The tumors showed iso-or slightly hyperdensity on CT plain scan, appeared as iso or hypointensity on TIWI, slightly hyperintensity or hyperintensity on T2WI. The blood vessel flow-void-signal was found, intra-or peri-lesion in 9 cases. The tumors were enhanced remarkable after injecting contrast medium. Conclusions : CT and MRI findings of intracranial solid hemangioblastomas are characteristic. CT and MRI examination plays an important role in diagnosing of intracranial solid hemangioblastomas.
