摘  要:目的:研究血红素氧合酶-1(HemeOxygenase-1,HO-1)在大鼠实验性牙髓炎不同时间点的表达及定位情况,探讨HO-1在牙髓炎发生发展过程中的可能作用。方法:单纯开放法建立大鼠牙髓炎模型,采用HE染色和免疫组织化学染色观察单纯开髓1天,3天,6天,9天后牙髓组织病理学改变和HO-1的表达情况。结果:HO-1在大鼠正常牙髓组织的成牙本质细胞及成纤维细胞中有弱阳性表达,在牙髓炎1天组成牙本质细胞和成纤维细胞中呈阳性表达,在血管内皮细胞中有弱阳性表达,其余时间点牙髓组织呈现阴性表达。结论:HO-1主要是在牙髓炎早期被诱导表达,参与抗炎反应,保护组织细胞。Objective:To study the dynamic expression of HO-1 in rat pulpitis at different time point to evaluate the role of HO-1 with the development of dental pulpitis.Methods:Pulpitis rat model was established.Pathological changes were evaluated with HE.and the expression of HO-1 was detected immunohistochemically after exposure 1st、3rd、6th、9th day.Results:HO-1 was weak positive in the odontoblast and fibroblast of normal pulp.It was positive in the odontoblasti and fibroblast after pulp exposure 1 day.the expression of HO-1 at other time points were negative.Conclusions:It suggested that HO-1 may participate in the process at the early stage of pulpitis and may protect dental pulp tissue from stimulation.through anti-inflammatory.
