摘　　要：目的:通过对三种前牙美容修复方法制作的修复体的脱位力和适合性比较,为临床选择提供实验依据。方法:采用万能实验机测试金属烤瓷冠、全瓷贴面及金属烤瓷贴面三种修复体标本的脱位力;电镜下观测前述三种修复体的适合性进行比较分析。结果:金属烤瓷贴面其适合性最佳,唇向脱位力与全瓷贴面差异无统计学意义。结论:金属烤瓷贴面的固位力及适合性达到临床可接受范围。Objective：To provide choice of design for clinical work by comparison of retention strength and adaption of three kinds of anterior teeth prosthodontics method.Methods：The retention strength and adaption of PFM and all ceramic veneer and metal ceramic veneer were measured.Results：The adaption of metal ceramic veneer is the best;The retention strength has no statistics difference with all ceramic veneer.Conclusion：retention strength and adaption of metal ceramic veneer achieved in clinical acceptability range.
