摘　　要：本文以提高学生的动手能力和创新能力为目标,构建适用于应用型创新人才培养的材料物理专业实验模块,形成从基础、特色到专业层层推进的实验环节,探讨创新人才培养的新模式。In order to improve students＇ abilities to practice and create,the experimental module in material physics adapted to the cultivation of the applied innovative personnel should be constructed.The experimental steps from the very basic to the special to the major should be formed.The new module of cultivating creative personnel is discussed in the article.
