摘　　要：文章通过分析曹操手下幕僚荀彧为曹操出谋划策的几个事例,论述了荀彧在口语交际、听说和书面表达方面的卓越能力,从而总结出了成为一名优秀秘书所必须具备的几种素质。With the analysis of the examples of Xun Yu（Cao Cao＇s assistant） and his tricks for Cao Cao serving as the breakthrough point,the writer,in this paper,elaborates Xun Yu＇s excellent competence in communication and writings,summarizing the qualities a good secretary should acquire.
