摘　　要：通过问卷方式调查唐山市社区居民对高血脂相关知识的认知水平及生活方式情况;基于结果对居民进行高血脂相关知识、态度和行为的干预。结果发现,干预后社区居民对"三高"知晓率均有显著提高,说明唐山市社区居民对高血脂相关健康知识认知水平较高,而干预能够有效提高居民对疾病相关知识的了解,改变对待疾病及不良生活习惯的态度。The knowledge about hyperlipidemia of Tangshan Community and their lifestyle was acquired ; and then the inter- vention was conducted. The findings include： the awareness of ＂triple-h＂ was increased, particularly, the awareness of hyperlipidemia and diabetes was remarkably increased; After intervention, the awareness of each index was remarkably in- creased which discovered that the knowledge related to hyperlipidemia was high among Tangshan community residents and health lecture, behavior intervention can effectively increase the knowledge related to disease, so that the residents changed their attitude towards unhealthy lifestyle and ultimately they can ~et rid of unhealthy lifestyle.
