摘　　要：本文介绍了研究型大学的概念,分析了研究型理工科大学的主要特征和人才培养要求,提出我国研究型理工科大学应成为高层次科学技术人才培养基地。The paper introduced the concept of Research University.Based on the analysis about the main features and tasks of the Research University of science and engineering,that Research University of science and engineering should be a training base of high-level scientific and technical talents is proposed.
