摘　　要：本文介绍了我省中小企业融资现状,对制约我省中小企业融资难的外部因素进行了分析,对解决我省中小企业融资难的问题提出了对策、建议。This article describes the financing situation of Smes in Heilongjiang province,the province of Financing difficulties of SMEs constraints of external factors were analyzed,to propose suggestions to solve the financing problem of SMEs in our province.
