摘　　要：模拟教学和培训已经越来越广泛地应用于医学教育中。各种逼真的模拟仪器为医学生技能操作练习提供了重要保证，并提高了教学的安全性，成为教学中不可缺少的工具之一。近年来，模拟教学在麻醉学教学中的应用日益广泛。本文介绍了麻醉学教学中常用的模型、模拟系统、模拟场所，总结了模拟教学在麻醉学临床培训、技能考核以及教学研究等方面的应用情况，并指出模拟系统的应用将成为麻醉学教学的必然趋势。Simulation leaching and trainging are more and more widely used in medical education. Kinds of simulators ensure the skill of medical students, and become indispensable and safe tools in teaching. In the latest years, the use of simulators has considerably developed in anesthesia teaching. In this article, the simulator, classification, environments of simulator-based anesthesia education system will be introducod and described. Obviously, there is an inevitable trend to use simulator-based education method in anesthesia education.
