摘　　要：实现精品课程资源共享，为学习者的学习提供支持服务，精品课程的在线学习支持系统建设非常重要。本文从互动交流、学习辅助和学习评价3个维度调查分析了医学国家精品课程在线学习支持系统建设现状及其存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策与建议，以期为完善我国精品课程建设有所助益。The fundamental purpose of fine-designed course construction was to construct resource sharing platform and provide service for learners. Therefore, online learning support construction of fine-designed courses was very important. The article investigated and analyzed the current situation of online learning support system in national medical fine-designed course from following three dimensions：interac- tion, learning aids, learning assessment and analyzed and discussed the existing problems, moreover, offered corresponding strategies and suggestions, in the hope of providing some help for perfecting fine-designed courses construction.
